Well, I am a college student in Louisiana, and I want the training for the profession of make-up artists outside of school. IWAS ask a few things:
1. Do you have a license because the Board of Louisiana Licensing Cosmetics dosent offer in the arts. (Aesthetics, yes, but only the art of makeup? .. N)
2. If no license is needed to a make-up artist, then what is required and received documents as a professional makeup artist to be?
3. In addition to the schools of beauty, where you train in the art of make-up?
4. I've heard online licensing programs (we do not know what is legitimate), but since I was in Louisiana, Art License dosent offer make-up is possible to get it up for me to find these online programs in other states
4. What is the process to a professional make-up artist (tips, etc.)
