Real estate property web-based database? - act real estate software
Hello, I am not familiar with the programming so kindly excuse my bad language ... .. I want a software database estate.
To show a web-based database property (1) for my car to, information from owners of land and comments, etc. ... To use (2) and networking to customers who do not show the characteristics of owners of information (3) that on the site fast and detailed or filters can be installed, such as ... . and location ... or .... Price ... and / or .... Room ... ... and / or photos ... ... and so on ... (4) and my existing data from Microsoft Excel.

You are right in their feeling that this is more than a question of real estate.
I would be more with the project management of property, but I am not. The problem is twofold. We want to be able to analyze simple and efficient with a large number of properties. Who is perfect for a relational database (Microsoft Access for users of MySQL for PC or UNIX people - if that means nothing to you, just ignore). The next issue that the bar that you are on a site while protecting some of the data you have.
If you have a degree in computer science, this project is a fun weekend.
